This acquisition allows SCIO Automation to complement its discrete automation portfolio as well as US market service offerings.
The signing of the Matrix Engineered Systems deal took place just a few days after a major deal with CEC Controls Company, Inc. In this context, this additional agreement demonstrates the strong strategical focus of SCIO Automation on the North American market and expanding its portfolio continuing their international growth strategy.
